The name Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m was founded by Glegfeshe Fluell, who was culturaly Tauric.

Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 22°C (71°F). Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m receives an average of 134 cm/y (52 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 5076 m (16653 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m was founded durring the late 12th century in summer of the year 1091, by Glegfeshe Fluell. The establishment of Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m's construction back out of the project. Glegfeshe Fluell pushed on reguardles, and Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m is buildings are arranged arround a network of spacious cobblestone streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Unfortuantly, these somewhat suffishent are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Even with that as it is, everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or much of both. The town should be gone, not dying. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable.

Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes. However, it shown in the detailing given to the structures such as its characteristic tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance in their designs to an astonishing degree of precision. Decorative elements for the buildings tended to be built into the structure itself, making great use of fluting, frescoes, inlays, and embossing.
In Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.
The Sylph near Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m are known to be quite timid.
Kèr Osjubi̊ti̊m's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves bloodletting to channel Mysticism energies of tier 1 via throat chanting.
